Bridge Precast Beam Tensioning Anchorage M15-7, M15-15, M15-19 Tensioning Anchorage Clamps

A product composed of four parts: the clip, anchor ring, anchor plate, and spiral reinforcement.

The tensioning end anchorage consists of four parts: the clip, anchor ring, anchor plate, and spiral reinforcement. The clip is the key component of the anchoring system, designed as a two-piece type and made of high-quality alloy steel.

It can be categorized into two main types based on usage:

(1) Tensioning End Anchorage: Installed at the end of the prestressed tendon and capable of tensioning, also known as prestressed anchorage. The so-called anchorage refers to the device used in post-tensioned structures or components to connect the tensile force of the prestressed tendon and transfer it to the concrete.

(2) Fixed End Anchorage: Installed at the end of the prestressed tendon, embedded in concrete and not used for tensioning.

2. Based on shape, it can be classified into:

(1) Screw End Rod Anchorage: Composed of three parts: the screw end rod, nut, and backing plate. Models include LM18 to LM36, suitable for Grade II and III prestressed reinforcement bars with diameters of 18–36mm.

(2) Strap Anchorage: Consists of straps and a lining plate. The straps are made of reinforcement bars of the same grade as the prestressed tendon, while the lining plate is made of plain low-carbon steel plate.

(3) Upset Head Anchorage: For single coarse reinforcement bars, the upset head anchorage is generally formed directly by hot upsetting, cold upsetting, or forging at the end of the prestressed tendon.

(4) Tapered Screw Anchorage: Used to anchor 14–28 strands of 5mm diameter steel wire bundles. It consists of a tapered screw, sleeve, nut, and other components.

(5) Steel Tapered Anchorage: Composed of an anchor ring and anchor plug, used to anchor steel wire bundles tensioned by a tapered double-acting jack.

(6) JM12 Type Anchorage: JM12 type anchorages include smooth JM12-3 to JM12-6, threaded JM12-3 to JM12-6, and stranded JM12-5 to JM12-6, totaling ten varieties, used to anchor 3–6 Grade IV reinforcement bars with a diameter of 12mm and 5–6 strands of 12mm diameter steel strands.

(7) KT-Z Type Anchorage: This is a malleable cast iron tapered anchorage that can be used to anchor reinforcement bar bundles and steel strand bundles.
